I am a 56 yr old female. I am 6 feet 5 inches tall and I have been suffering with pain, swelling and constant stiffness of my joints for over 5 years. I am constantly looking for an effective treatment to deal with my pain. I have been doing all I can to get my life back, I always wanted a good doctor to help, and I was just a scared kid. I was on the lowest dosage of pain relief I could find. I was also told that Voltaren Emulgel should be applied at the same time every day, not twice a day. I would not recommend Voltaren Emulgel.

Do not use Voltaren Emulgel on the skin: - Injury or functures may result. Always consult a doctor before use if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breast-feeding, or if you are allergic to diclofenac or other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. - During tooth development, teeth grinding or grinding. - When using the gel for up to 3 days may result in permanent discoloration of the tooth enamel. - In people with a history of allergic reaction to diclofenac, aspirin or other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. - If you are taking other medications that may cause diclofenac syndrome, such as aspirin or other NSAIDs such as ibuprofen, naproxen, or diclofenac. How to use it:
You can apply the gel to your skin twice a day, preferably in the morning and evening. The gel should be applied twice a day at approximately the same time each day.
You may apply a second gel if your doctor has prescribed it. You may also start to use the gel at home.
To use the gel, place the gel gently into the mouth, covering it with a dry towel. Hold the gel in the mouth for a minute or so before applying it to the skin. Do not use the gel on broken, irritated skin. This may not be necessary if you are using a lotion containing nitrates.
